Sods law I jump on every copier and it prints fine, and day to day (we only went live Monday though) its all quiet and happy, otherwise staff would have screamed if it happened all the time Very occasionally (not at busy times strangly) for example, when a user sends a 30 copies of Duplex Black and White, it takes 10 seconds say per copy to come out?
